We also offer to our customers a room of 80 places completely equipped by a sound and lighting system to hold conferences and workshop or simply to relax by playing one of our 50 board games.Services of restauration and alcohol are also available if you wish to opt for a turnkey solution.

The groups of thirteen people or more will receive an additional 10% discount. The group discount is only available from Monday morning to Friday before 6 pm. To accommodate your group, we can also open our offices outside regular hours.

Q: Will I be trapped in a room?

A: At the beginning of the game, you will be trapped. Your animator will always be close if there is an emergency.

Q: What is the game duration?

A: The Grand Escape is 45 minutes long and both the Lost Angel and the Bunker have a duration of 60 minutes. However, we ask each group to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance so that we can welcome you properly and explain the rules and procedures.

Q: Do your games require abilities? Do I risk being afraid?

A: Our games do not require physical capacities or advanced knowledge. Nothing in our scenario is conceived to scare you.

Q: Is the game adapted for children?

A: Yes. Children from 7 to 14 years old have access to the price rate «teenagers». For children under 6 years old, it is free. Every minor must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Q: Can my child go alone?

A: No. All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Q: Can more than 8 people play at the same time?

A: Yes, but we do not recommend it. 8 is the optimal number for which our scenarios are designed. Over this number, the global experience becomes less interesting for the players.

Q: If I am blocked, can I be helped by the animator?

A: Yes. Our animator will give you indications to help you through the game.

Q: If we are less than 8 people, can we be paired with other groups?

A: Yes. It is necessary to book and to pay for all the places to avoid this situation.

Q: Do you offer a birthday discount?

A: Yes! Pris au piège! offers you to play for free the day of your anniversary. An ID card will be asked.

Q: Are your installations adapted for a person with reduced mobility?

A: Our games takes place in an old building which acted as police station. Places are not accessible for a person in wheelchair. We apologize for it.

Q: Is it necessary to reserve?

A: Yes. The escape games are very requested now. Making a reservation will guarantee you no unpleasant surprises.

Q: I reserved, but I have a hindrance. Can I have a refund?

Q: We reserved for 8, but only 5 people will be present. Are we going to have to pay for the missing players?

A: If fewer players appear, we will offer a refund for the absentees if there is a minimum of 2 players. In contrast, if you want to add players to your group, it will please us to accommodate you, if the maximum number of participants is reached.

Q: What happens if I break something?

A: Our installations and our equipment are solid and conceived to be manipulated energetically. If there is something that happen to break after a grave carelessness on behalf of a participant or a deliberate gesture, we reserve the right to ask for a compensation.

Q: Do you sell food or alcoholic drinks?

A: Yes. We offer a service of restoration and alcohol before and after your game.
